blush question for girls

What kind of blush should i get that gets me a finish like this? Or how should I apply it? I'm currently using happy by rare beauty but I can't get it to look like this. I'm also pale.

i don't like the volume heavy lashes either but i like a bit of blush as my face looks too pale and dull w out it

id say its not the blush thats causing it, blush makes makeup look more natural

its just that the girl has a lot of concealer and a perfect full base that it makes it look unnatural, esp the powder under her eyes
