Hi there! Regular fit, but really want to gain muscles, but do not know how to do it healthy (importnat). Now more fit — less weight.

40 years, can you please set the mark “x” out of the 10? What should be improved?

You already have a great physique for someone who's 40. Maybe develop your shoulders a bit more by doing lateral raises but keep up the good work
