physiotherapist look for one experienced in functional patterns I had similar issues
 
Solution
Mine was from/still is a little bit from injury that never healed properly and muscle imbalance because of that over a long time so if you think that could be it then see a physio

Of course good posture too, won’t be immediate change though because chronic bad posture causes certain muscles etc to stay tightened/loose on different sides of your body causing it to look weird so having good posture long term will help that
