i got up from my bed and couldn’t recognize myself in the mirror for literally just a moment, it was a strange feeling and what i saw was skinny like i looked how i wanted but then after looking at myself longer i looked bigger and bigger

Everyone on here and org are mentally ill. All of them hate themselves for being average or ugly in a world of the ugly and averge majority.

Same bruh i try not to look in mirrors for too long or else i think im going insane
 
i used to feel exactly like this, i would wake up and look at myself and see my REAL body for only a moment before i noticed all my flaws again
the more and more you lose weight the bigger and bigger you think you are, i remember at my lowest i rarelyyy took any body checks or anything bc i thought i was huge, now id kill to go back
something that helped which is kinda toxic but oh well was comparing myself to people of healthy weights irl and it kinda snapped me out of it but its only temporary

tho I assume for op maybe feeling the body in order to break the illusion

If the stomach is hard that means minimal fat I always wondered how it worked when I was younger than I thought it was more of a psychological thing once I began looksmaxing sometimes u see urself as more attractive and sometimes as ugly tho nothing really changes for me just the same face but different perception
