Does anyone know a better way to calculate body fat cause ain’t no way in hell I’m 12.9%. Cause the U.S navy tape method isn’t working for me.

Edit my fitness junky dad has informed me I’m about 21-22% body fat my body structure is just weird

I feel like you’re on to something but I deff don’t have enough fat to get surgically removed and haven’t in years. ATP I think I just need to cut an arm off idk

It is not really accurate esp if you enter incorrect data
but you can try bioelectrical impedance at gym

The measurements are all right, I just asked my dad and he said it’s due to my bone structure and build so I’ll have to do another way like pitching the fat and measuring. I’ll try your method aswell tysm!
