I think I’m around 15% body fat and I’m finally starting to see it in my face. It’s unreal how much it ascends you. I’m gonna try and reach 12% and see how far it takes me face wise. Ts is HEAVEN SENT

It’s really hard to tell what body fat % you’re at if you have a bad body composition, so I’d honestly say the most important part is to have enough muscle, train abs, and maintain as much muscle as you can on the cut

I suppose it depends on everyone’s goals. Although, sex, LTRs, girls, they all get boring rather quickly. So yeah, putting in all that effort for something that eventually becomes like jerking off is quite dissapointing
