im curious to know how much muscle could I buiid with bodyweight exercises overtime if I kept doing more reps I'm skinny fat for some who don't know so I'm having a hard time believing just bodyweight could help me solve the problem I'm planning on getting equipment for the house until I get a gym membership
but I'm curious how far could bodyweight and diet go to cure my skinnyfat problem in the meantime ? posted a pic of what I look like now and what I wanna look like in like 1.5-2 yrs is it achiveable ?
