For men bones = law, women look better with a more full face.
Its why I don't understand the buccal fat removal procedures that some women get, they all look worse after getting it.

Well emrata had already great bones so she overdid it if it is surgery and anya ascended a lot with it but I think it is weight lose+heavy smoking for her. The 2nd looks better too and the girl from glee...she is meh both before and after
 
bones are shifted during puberty and your habits during that time period in my opion sometimes it can be bad genetic but that's not the whole story 99 percent of the time

Well I clearly fucked up my genetics during puberty. Now I just hope to lose bf and that the effects of the sugar on bloating can be reversed.

in the fall of 2023 I was nearing 130 lbs and I believe in the 18-20 percent bodyfat range deblaoting and cutting out most of the carbs and sugar was a very good desicision

My issue is that i like fruit so I can't cut most of the carbs. For my case I need to go to 15%.
I will see how it goes after 3 months
 
For women bonestructure is still important, but they mostly need just enough bonemass to have angel skull. Any more and it'll ruin their appeal.

Just distract urself with games or sum shit, when I wanted to lose weight I just gamed from 2-11pm and I aint even realise time passed

The house is full of sweets.
I want to lose bf and too get rid of processed sugar bloat
