I'm too low iq for a debate tbh

anyways, i wanna debate,

topic:

red meat, fruit and dairy(optional)
is the most optimal diet for humans
"Bored" do some moderator stuff idk, like banning a n***a daily, warn someone, delete posts

Jokes aside i would say no, because people are lactose intolerants, fruits got modified for profit so they lost their vitamins (alongside having higher doses of pesticides) and red meat, depending where it came from, is full of gmo and vaccines.

If you live in the middle of nowhere in a rural area, then yes. If you live in the middle of a city where everything is imported from south america with sus quality standards, then no

lactose intolerant people can tolerate cheeses, also eggs ofc,
local fruits can be obtained,

i mean by that logic, u could just starve cause evrything u eat is fucked up

I mean yeah the better version of milk is raw milk kefir and yogurt cottage cheese, regular cheese etc, everything when the lactose is broken down by healthy bacterias

Of course. But my point is, in a looksmaxxing context and depending on people budget, it will prob not be ideal or affordable, especially among young people and well, because of inflation too

i mean yeah i agree, i was just trying to state the fact that this diet is optimal, not affordable, i mean i myself dont follow it

I do follow a bit that diet because i have a access to raw milk to do my own kefir (drink and spread cheese) and beef meat alongside hunting game sometimes. My father is a farmer so i have access to seasonal fruits pesticide-free.
But i'm also a leaning pesco/ovo-vegetarian so i eat a lot of eggs, tuna, sardines and vegetables like beans, peas, chickpeas, lentils, potatoes, cauliflowers, eggplants and so on

mirin but why these?
Potatoes from my father's farm, eggplants & cauliflowers from my own garden and because i like it.
And i buy bulk legumes because i like it too.
Also when you have a gf it's better to cook variety sometimes
