Yeah but more on feminine features as it can hide suboptimal bone structure and give the prettyboy look. Guys with feminine features usually does not suit short hair. For you to suit short hair you need masc features

Honestly go for it The long hair can help it look more feminine, but you still need the bone structure to pull it off so I don’t think that it would look good on you if you had a more softer face
