I do kickboxing and I'm taught to keep my head low and essentially slouch & lean forward.

But I'm also a bit concerned this will clash with my efforts to get good consistent posture with looksmaxxing.
Are these 2 things just destined to clash/conflict?

bruh just focus on having the correct posture during the right activities
reminds me of myself in 2020 when i learnt abt mewing and didnt breathe through my mouth during swim practice as i thought it was unthinkable to break the streak, obviously made me shit at swimming
