can braces fix your bone structure and can give you foward maxilla?

braces aren't ideal because it doesn't actually make room for your teeth all it does is push your teeth back promoting downward face growth doing the opposite of what your asking. Its best to get a palate expander followed by Invisalign afterward. palate expanders will promote forward growth and fix your bone structure it has the same affect as mewing but faster it will make a gap in your teeth as well but thats why you need to get Invisalign to get rid of the gap it's also recommended by dr mew. btw just because you get a palate expander doesn't mean you should stop mewing you should keep mewing afterward
