i quit SSRI cold turkey, 20mg of lexapro a week ago, ive been tripping balls since, not only am i derealized as fuck, which i usually am but now its literally unbearable,

the brain zaps, feels like im being electrocuted every 2 minutes and im convinced a seizure will happen soon

ive been on mine on and off for 3 years, i had quit for a whole year but jewish doctor forced me back on it on march.

i had quit cold turkey plenty of times before but i never felt like this let alone feel anything at all, this time its over the top

Yea I am diagnosed with depression and anxiety i’m fine now I don’t think it’s genetic though my dad is bipolar it isn’t anything major though he is on lithium
