It's a very confusing debate which puts people in doubt.

We have heard of good sides of intermittent fasting. Many doctors have spoken good of this kind of practice.

Lots of medical experts say skipping breakfast is dangerous. It is often said that "breakfast is the most important meal". Many doctors are against skipping breakfast.

What should people do? Skip or eat breakfast?

I want to do Intermittent fasting because I heard about it's anti-inflammatory and detoxification effects. I am also concerned about health issues caused by skipping breakfast.

if u eat enough calories and nutrients troughout the day, skipping breakfast won’t cause any problems
 
Intermittent fasting is kinda stupid if you do it for GH since it doesn't affect IGF-1 at all
But in regards to cutting be careful

Be aware that this quote of "breakfast is the most important meal of the day" is from the Kellogs cornflakes lobby in the 1970s when they paid doctors to promote that idea (same thing with tobacco/cigarrettes) and that idea still stayed among daily culture.

That's being said, nobody stop you to eat breakfast if you want, but avoid cornflakes. If you have a physical job and/or planned to train/workout in the early morning, it would be ideal to eat something like proteins (eggs, bacon, beans like the british breakfast), carbs (overnight oat/barley flakes soaked in raw/kefir milk, and/or fruits) and maybe a source of fat like peanut/almond butter.

Which ones ? The only "doctors" i saw praising it was the hollistic & naturopath doctors, who seems to overexaggerate the benefits like killing cancer/tumor cells, spike HGH, weight/fat loss etc but in reality those are minimal benefits.
Because HGH spikes aren't produced enough to drastically change your bones and skipping a meal could be a good weight loss strategy if they don't overcompensate their hunger later in the day with lunches, snacks and dinners
