Breast enlargement

i luv small booba and so do many others, dont fear

tits dont really matter, no other animal has em unless theyre pregnant or breastfeeding. just seems like a rare fisherian thing. when you have kids your breasts will grow. meanwhile, try to be healthy.

Not much you can do. Getting fat is not an option and neither is getting pregnant. Your breasts will return to their previous size after you're done nursing. And implants look/feel disgusting.

try massaging them to increase the blood flow to the breasts, try eating herbs that naturally increase estrogen such as fenugreek, also do chest exercises like bench press. I went from a b cup to a g cup doing basically just this so deff give it a try

You can’t just increase your cup size liek that by doing bench press
Most women gain cup size after pregnancy and thats’s it.

I would try a progesterone birth control pill. This brought me from a B cup to a D cup. However, it did make me gain weight and kinda made me depressed so i went off of it after a year. After going off of it, my breasts have stayed at a 34 C. I would consult your OBGYN before making any decisions first.

You have to nourish ur body. Most supplements aren’t bioavailable . Eat a lot of fruits,red meats,eggs,milk and sleep at night for 8 hours. You also must lower stress and be in a more PNS state

i had a guy friend who got a gynecomastia done for like 5k i think? i believe he had partial coverage bc it caused some problems with a skin condition of his. he said it was worth every penny but honestly depending on how severe ur gyno is i wouldn’t worry much about it, i’ve never noticed it on a guy until they point it out to me.

Ehhh it really depends on age and factor of estrogen levels.
Idk I had a friend that took birth control at the age of 14 at that time and it increased breast size by a cup.
I think breasts still have potenial to grow even before 20 years old but I never had to worry about it since I was a DDD Cup since I was 14
