I'm a huge nichemaxxer (so general appeal isn't something I'm worrying about) and I'm a few cup sizes too big from what I'd like, are there any exercises or items I could use to reduce overall cup size?? I'm already losing weight but I'd like to know if theres anything else I could do to help with that kinda stuff, money isn't a huge problem for me but surgery isn't currently an option.

I used to starve to stay a A cup but it’s not sustainable surgery is the best option

Do NOT work your back, it makes them appear bigger. If you can lose weight rn focus on fat loss because thats what breast tissue is mostly made of

whats your current bmi

No, only surgery can helps you

Wouldn’t fat dissolvers work?
no. theres so much in the tits, u would fs hit something else and egt necrosis or whatever. she could die from that

Just don’t inject directly into your nipple theory

way more in the entire tits than just ur nipple theory. i meant below the skin nga
it isnt even like that crowded tho

i always inject my chest when i do subq because it doesnt hurt cuz the lack of nerves

it IS crowded. theres a structure going to the whole tit. and are u a guy or a woman? also depends on what u inject. injecting fat dissolvers in anything else than fat will most likely give u necrosis
