i’m gonna tell you what it taste like an why it’s actually better for gaining weight
breast milk tastes like vanilla sweet almond milk with two cups of sugar added
it also like full fat, so it’ll separate!!
into 3 layers
at the bottom is foremilk it comes out with a LIGHT ish blue hue to it
the milk itself, slightly off white
and at the top a layer of fat
the layer can be very thick depending on house healthy your breast milk is
the fatter the fat plug the better
“fat plug” referring to the layer of fat.
