me personally I've been thru hell and back with cramps I CANT LIE W U I remember one time I was paralyzed sobbing when I was like 12 but my cramps mostly went away now, bro now I'm angry bc I'll FINALLY clear up my skin, and legit less than 2 weeks later I'll break out again bc of my period. bro yk how much money I spent on skincare js for ts to go down the drain STOP.

Check the link between periods and gut microbiome. And if possible try to change diet during periods
