could be due to lat raises ngl
I started doing shoulder press instead and I've been feeling much better
there's also a warm up u can do before lat raises which helped w my pain during them

Usually if you still have your period it’s a “denied pregnancy” the urine tests ate usually negative in that case. You’ll have to test for beta HCG in your blood to find out about the pregnancy.
