It’s not. If I called a man cute does that mean I want to swap faces with them? Or if I called an animal cute does that also mean I want to trade faces with them? You can give someone compliments and still not want to look like them.

If it's the same gender yeah it does make sense to wanna look like someone you consider aesthetically appealing

No it doesn’t.

I have called plenty of girls cute, but not want to look like them. Maybe because every dude you find attractive you instantly envy them but I don’t do that.
