I’m 13F, 5'4 (mom 5'5, dad 5'10). I want to grow more but I’m not sure if my growth plates are closed. I’ve been lifting for 1 year (used to do a bro split; recently switched to an Arnold split). I used to weigh 113 lb and gained to 125 lb over the summer. My goal is an aesthetic, lean physique (similar to David Laid): defined abs, stronger shoulders/back, and a more defined face. I just started training abs but I don’t really train obliques. I have some pimple scars and want clearer, hydrated skin. Please suggest facial exercises, products, etc. Feel free to rate.
