You get assigned to both user groups when banned, because both warning actions are triggered at the same time. It's a XenForo thing mainly. The temporary badge will disappear eventually when the warning action expires. But you're banned until you appeal in this instance, the ban will not be automatically lifted.

I tried joining like 2-3 weeks ago when shkypot asked me to but I couldn't bcs I can't make accounts over tor or with a VPN, what's that about frfr, ye I'm not loading up a resiproxy jus to join a niche looksmaxxing forum (unless y'all are still giving the black OG badge, then I will)

You should be able to signup with Tor and a VPN. We plan to set up an Onion link for Tor users. They make up a good portion of our users.

But if your registration is flagged as spam, you'd get auto rejected by the system. However, you need to get like a score of 6 to get auto rejected, so you're probably also using an email address domain that's not whitelisted, or your device info looks incorrect.
