If u look like jeff seid or have an warrior skull, gymmaxxing will work, other then that gymmaxxing won’t save you
yeah need the right height, clavicles, muscle insertions and chemical help
 
How long are u gymmaxxing for?
I'm nowhere near maxxed out, did 1 and half year natty PPL 6 days a week and cut down to ~13% bf. Think your average runner build. I felt any more would start looking tryhard on my manlet height.

What is ur height and weight?
 
It’s been 1 and half years of calisthenics, I gained 10 kgs of weight, I have abs and also ab veins after workouts
the newb gains are more muscles than fat but if it's your first time, the first 6 months are just fucking around and learning. The PPL split I did was after I had done Stronglifts routine for 8 months, so my nutrition and training was locked in from the start.

I also do PPL split, I include weighted dips and weighted pull ups which are solid they say
