bullying, should I snitch

theres a guy at school who has seriously been bothering me, he'll make incredibly creepy jokes, has flicked the back of my head multiple times, and has purposefully tripped me as well as chased me inside the building when Im trying to switch to a class across the office to where there's an outside area to get there. The only issues are I'm pretty sure he is special needs because he wears a covid mask and he seems to be socially unaware, but he also acts incredibly different around teachers, even his voice changes. Also for context I am a girl and he is a guy who could definitely beat me up if he wanted to.

alright yeah I'll definitely send an email to our schools principal because I've honestly had enough and everytime a girl tries to call him out he always says some stupid defense like is it cuz I'm black?

also I added "I'd really just prefer if there was an adult who could walk me between classes so I feel safer at least?" because I don't want a huge issue out of it idk how these things really work.

yes!! and also please don't be scared or ashamed to make a big thing about it, it lowkey sounds like harassment and i'd feel unsafe if he was physically touching me as well. an adult that would walk with you would be perfect. he should genuinely be suspended for a bit at least, he needs to be held accountable for what he's doing for you

yes they did!! The principal pulled me out of class to talk to me separately. He just asked a few questions from what I had already said in the email, afterwards he told me he would talk to him about it and he specifically told me he would say he heard it from another student rather than me. I haven't heard anything yet since this was today because I haven't been at school in person since I had surgery.
