This is a current method I’m using to study better.
I first take 200mg magnesium and then 100mg caffeine and take a 30min nap. I will explain why. When I wake up I will feel a surge of energy from the caffeine but also a euphoric calming sensation which I love when I’m studying. I use the pomodoro technique to study.
