i normally stay around 200 cuz i'm like freshly 18 and i want my heart to last a lil longer

last month I had a caffeine overdosis on 500mg, my body is not used to caffeine I don’t drink coffee so it was very high impact I could’ve died
 
ok i just did a bunch of jumping jacks thank you i feel tingly but much better now
did you take a pre workout or something? Feeling tingly could be beta-alanine, kinda feels like theres ants in your skin. If so, totally harmless will go away in like 30 mins and even faster with exercise

U get used to it, I usually drink 200mg after waking up and 200mg right before my work out, will probably dose higher when I go on a cut. It’s great for leanmaxxing
i just use it to focus
it helps when there isn't shit else that works
i don't workout lol
