Is caffeine helpful in looksmaxxing ? Or is this harmful ?

And effect on the skin ? It is my priority now. I have a good physique, low bf and wide arms genetically. But i want to clear youthful and glass skin and i don't know if caffeine like black tea or coffean effects on skin.
Not a major issue but a high caffeine consumption could raise your cortisol lvls wich causes a worsening of the skins quality aswell as dehydration due to its mild diuretic effect . As long as it’s not too much these effects do not occur . ( Mark as solution)
Inject it in ur dick to make it grow
 
Good if you’re trying to cut but if it’s in coffee form it could stain your teeth
