keep it up bro
will do my best my current weight is now around 108 49 kg 15ish percent bf I'm planning to get to like 9ish percent bf at 95 lbs 45 kg then start heavy training while clean bulking back up to 115-120 lbs or so

why calorie deficit tho. Wouldn't it be smarter to go on a calorie surplus??? Plus, being underweight can sometimes impact your energy levels, immunity, and overall health and how are u gonna build muscle? idk how tall are u cuz 49kg is really not a lot lol

agreed… he needs more muscle. he already looks very tiny..

i still feel like he should be lean in the 120s-130s tho especially as a man, 108-109 lbs NOT LEAN is crazy. he needs to work on gaining muscle mass to be leaner at higher weight.
i get that but 19.9 bmi isnt necessarily underweight either
