Can’t breath trough my nose while mewing

If I try to breath while I mewing(if I but the end of my tongue up) I can’t breath and if I breath then my end of the tongue automatically goes down. I normally breath trough my nose and never trough my mouth so any tips?

its just practice sooner or later you'll get the hang of it and if that doesnt work than js get a palate expander lol
