can’t sleep

i have horrible brain fog and i haven’t been able to sleep longer than 4 hours each day and taking naps for less than an hour
this sucks
What's your lifestyle to end-up like that
 
the usual, gym and work, i’m done with this semester of school now though
Maybe try low dose melatonin, and power off any screen 1 hour before going to sleep

Brain fog + short sleep could mean your circadian rhythm is off. Expose yourself to natural light early in the day and keep the evenings low-stimulus and dark.
