i will softmaxx to reach htb, then to reach stacylite I wish get a rhinoplastly and medial canthus surgery...maybe forehead reduction but I can cover it with hair...

Realistically… it’s hard to say. If someone is MTB in adulthood then no. But someone still in puberty is a big maybe
