Can anyone please help me, Im 13 years old and I want to start early and do whatever i can to optimise how i can be taller bigger wider and better

Can anyone tell me what i can do to optimise these crucial early years to be at my fullest potential when im grown? I dont want to start late and regret not doing what was best for me earlier on

primal diet, sunbathing
 
Im in the sun alot shirtless and especially in the summer i swim and excercise below the sun all day but i cant do primal diet , i eat alot of meat everyday though like i try to eat atleast 400 grams of streak
try eating the steak at least rare so its still a bit raw, it ll help. eat much eggs and raw milk if u can
 
For breakfast i eat like 4 eggs and 2 eggs in the afternoon and at breakfast i eat a block of cheese with honey and alot of bread and i eat the same cheese honey bread stuff with or afrer the steak aswell
good except the bread. maybe eat potatos instead

sometimes i eat like 500 grams of boiled meat and potatoes the potatoes isnt included in the 500 gram part
 
I also have to study for extended periods of time, and have to sit very long, i try to move alot outside of that and i excercise frequently but the damn posture problems the sitting in a chair for extended periods of time brings is so bad

I also look at my phone before bed and sleep at like 11
 
I got a red tint for my phone but it doesnt really do much, i try to swim before i sleep so i dont really look at my phone but i started recently i swim for like a couple hours with good form for my posture and frame
