I keep seeing it get recommended in every thread for every person that has a big nose, it's cope, it barely does anything, most "results" you see on Google are people who got rhino and Hydrocortisone was used for swelling after the surgery, at best it might do something if you have really bad inflammation and acne on your nose but if you just have a normal nose and it's just the way it is naturally (which is the case with most of you) it will literally do nothing
