yes, theyre independent. bloat is water and sodium, bulking is a calorie number. you can run a surplus and still not be puffy if sodium and sleep stay stable.

why would u ever bulk, no u cant debloat while bulking all the starch and shit u need to bulk wont let u. never bulk to put fat and weight just workout more and youll put weight on in muscle
