Grow your hair. Longer is more appealing and darken it, but not too dark, dark brown is preferable, also make your eyebrows thicker apply rosemary oil or something, you have upper eyelid exposure, apply moisturiser and sunscreen on eyelids, a darker out line on eyes like mascara or something will make your eyes pop and give them a more of a positive canthal tilt (cat eyes) but don't over do it. But overall in your current state your fine not bad like I'd give you a 6 6.5 something like that.

Now this pic is much more appealing, tieing your hair up kinda gives the illusion of a shorter face and also doesn't hide asymmetry (not that you have noticeable asymmetry but long hair does really make it even more unnoticeable and changes direction of focus) over all long hair is a sexually dimorphic feature in women so best to have it.

black hair if you want a more striking look, def style bangs like that often they frame you face nicely, brush lips daily, brown masacra for a light and feminine look black for striking, groom eyebrows, if you into a more edgy look try lining your waterline with black it would make your eye color pop, abd for a softer makeup look try slightly elongating your innercorners and outer corners with brown or black eyeyline.
