Can i longer my ramus bone?

I have pretty short ramus bone, is this over for me?

As you can see on the picture below, i have 3/10 side profile and i think that if i had debloated face and longer ramus bone, i would went from 3/10 side profile to 6/10, please give me some advice, i hate how i look (im working on my overweight too)

you cant make your ramus longer with softmaxxing, but you could get surgery (implants or mandibular osteotomy)

losing weight would make your jawline and ramus more visible, reduce your double chin and make your cheeks more hollow

you could also: take oral minoxidil (to grow out your eyelashes, eyebrows and give you a better hairline), get a haircut, work out, train your neck and get colored contact lenses

canthoplasty and orthognhatic surgery would definitely ascend you too
