I started at 13 now 19 and have been smoking 5 to 20 cigarettes a day and I vape the rest of the time . Does that affect my looks without me knowing ?
Also for the men is smoking something off putting to you ?

5-20 is insane. and yes it does. first try nicotine replacement therapy (gum, patches) or counseling. also staying busy, removing vape products, seeking support from friends/family is all good for quitting.
