im 5’7 as a 13 year old and turning 14 on November, i have not grown a single inch in 1 whole school year and during summer. My siblings say its my final height or something. If i can grow still, what should i do?

you should still grow, focus on being active what helps to grow in a certain was. idk I can't explain it on English but trust me its a biology thing. don't sit to long, and walk often and stretch
