Can lactose intolerant people build a tolerance

I feel like the science might actually be true but they just try and apply it to vaccines so it’s more credible
I mean it makes sense we are able to adapt to new environments quickly why wouldn’t it be the same with foods
 
you can, that's how humans became able to digest lactose in the first place

i'm not lactose intolerant, I can consume milk just fine in normal amounts as a shit skin, issues only start to arise if I drink a lot of it, like if I drink large amounts of milk in one sitting my stomach will get a little upset, this past year I consumed tons of milk to primal cope or whatever, I wouldn't say it has gotten better in terms of consuming it in large amounts, I can't go a liter or more in one go, that's just my limit I guess

Nah i don’t see the benefit of doing that id rather use my calories on eating meat

fair I guess, but the thing about calcium is it's kinda hard to get large amounts in your diet, with milk nothing comes close in terms of calcium, the only relatively other good calcium source is certain hard cheeses like Parm, but I can't really get that often except for the pre-grated store goyslop ones + it contains holy sodium so I can't just eat a bunch of it like that, i'd just spam liters of milk to get 1,200mg of calcium

Yes, you have to introduce dairy gradually.

Start with yogurt and cheese. Gradually increase intake of pure milk into your diet over 12 months. When you feel uncomfortable, stop there.

Lots of dairy products are okay for lactose intolerant. All humans were lactose intolerant 15,000 years ago. They somehow adjusted with environment.
