Ive never even attempted to drink more than 500ml of milkyou can, that's how humans became able to digest lactose in the first place
i'm not lactose intolerant, I can consume milk just fine in normal amounts as a shit skin, issues only start to arise if I drink a lot of it, like if I drink large amounts of milk in one sitting my stomach will get a little upset, this past year I consumed tons of milk to primal cope or whatever, I wouldn't say it has gotten better in terms of consuming it in large amounts, I can't go a liter or more in one go, that's just my limit I guess

fair I guess, but the thing about calcium is it's kinda hard to get large amounts in your diet, with milk nothing comes close in terms of calcium, the only relatively other good calcium source is certain hard cheeses like Parm, but I can't really get that often except for the pre-grated store goyslop ones + it contains holy sodium so I can't just eat a bunch of it like that, i'd just spam liters of milk to get 1,200mg of calciumNah i don’t see the benefit of doing that id rather use my calories on eating meat
