mewing heals all jfl probably not, doesnt hurt to do it tho, keeping good posture, mewing, strictly nose breathing, will all prevent any more recession in ur mandible

I had the same problem, I went to the dentist and they gave me a referral to an orthodontist and I had a pallet expander for around 3 months and now I have braces.

If your parents are unable to afford to do this I’m really sorry because getting orthodontic work really helped me to ascend also you desperately need a pallet expander NOW before it’s too late because when your an adult you will need surgery to fix your concerningly narrow pallet.
