Can not sleeping make you more paranoid

I’ve been getting shit sleep like 4-5 hours last 2 weeks and today/yesterday we had to go round these derelict old buildings with no electricity

Genuinely thought I was going to get ass r***d by ghosts or crackheads every step I took I swear I could hear them
