can recessed maxilla cause uneven jaw??

when i put my thumbs on my ramus and the rest of my hand on my cheekbones and jaw body i can feel that my right side is way more bigger then my left like i can feel like its more out and during photos it looks better and more developed i guess but when i feel my left its way more into my body then out and during photos its ugly as shit and when i put my hand on my cheekbones i can feel the right sides cheekbones being more prominent and bigger and the left side smaller and weaker and during photos my jaw line looks like straight dookie like its more turned onto the left side is this a sing of a recessed maxilla or could it be some shit like the left side is weaker
