Top picture:
If you draw two triangles on the same crust (the same curved piece of pizza), the pointy angles at the other ends will always be the same size.
So the two blue angles are equal.


Bottom picture:
If you draw a line that just touches the pizza (that’s the tangent) and a line inside the pizza from that touch point (the chord),
