i would honestly wait until you're done with all surgeries, because they'll defintely change your face already. Right now you shouldn't do drastic changes, especially before surgeries. I'd recommed working on your jawline, try jaw exercises - they'll definitely improve the blood circulation on your face, but mostly i'd focus on losing face fat - your jaw will autoumatically appear more defined if you do it. Try to make your brows more straight - that'll give you a slight face lift and your face will be more feminine, but don't thin them out, good luck.

Don't go for implants directly. I had fat transfer recently and i have a more negative orbital vector than you do and it was enough. Implants start at USD 16k mostly with reputable surgeons. It's your nose cooking you
