watch fullmetal alchemist brotherhood bc its really good and serious like AOT or vinland saga

steins: gate is a combination of funny but also being serious (its peak fiction, has a banger opening and is also short)

magi + sinbad are both on my watchlist (i can recommend it bc i watched some episodes of sinbad as a kid)

dr. stone is a decent show that isnt too serious

and monster is another serious show but i think you'd like it
