I know I have bad symmetry and a recessed jaw and I just overall don't great I just want to know of there's anything I can do to improve other than hardmaxx with surgery which I'm considering and saving for. (Also if I don't have enough money for double jaw surgery, will a rhinoplasty surgery help?)

Accutane and eyebrow trimming would help a lot
I have braces rn, it already helped a lot with my overbite and I intend to also get MSE because my palate expander because my palate is too narrow and because of that my overbite can't be completely fixed.
