can this ascend my nose?

so i have wide nose(wide alars/nostrils) it is so oily,swollen and lot of blackheads
my plan is to use ice nose,Hydrocortisone 1% with Tretenoin 0.05% will this ascend my nose?
well i used HC + icing and it is noticably got smoller i wanna add tretenoin too to get rid of oil,swelling and blackhead do you guys think it will ascend my nose?

same here, i have oily nose with cystic acne too, but i don't have wide nose its perfectly in the ratio, but i guess tret works

Yeah it's effect fade away in 2-3weeks reapplying it.HC is only 0.6$ in my country

If you are 15 stop caring about stuff you can change later in life and focus on things that you cant change after your growth plates are fused r****d how many HGH are you on for example

I actually have the same problem, my nose isn’t wide but the flesh and tge skin are very thick and bulbous+ I have acne and my nose have a lot of inflamation. Are the results noticeable? If you’re ok with it can u send pics of the before and after(not necessary just if u don’t mind)?

Bro maybe switch to only tretinoin if you struggle with nose acne

I actually have the same problem, my nose isn’t wide but the flesh and tge skin are very thick and bulbous+ I have acne and my nose have a lot of inflamation. Are the results noticeable? If you’re ok with it can u send pics of the before and after(not necessary just if u don’t mind)?

The result of my HC was definitely noticeable I accidentally deleted all my photos I had before and after pics
