The infraorbital area only remodels when you drive the maxilla forward and upward. You're way better off focusing on hard manual therapy, the fascial tension techniques I actually wrote about in my post, or heavy controlled chewing (just watch your TMJ) to push the entire maxillary bone block forward via suture expansion instead of blunt trauma
