America was built on GRAINSLUDGE… While it wasn’t rare or unobtainable, it must have been harder to come by decent quality meat back then.
If you were born into a poor family, all you had to rely on back then were the crops you grew and the very little livestock that would come into your families possession. If you wanted ready made meat, you probably had to walk like 3-4 miles to and from the butcher shop. Crazy.
Now that we have more access to meat and healthier foods, I wonder how the posterity of this country will function… What they will look like…
