You wouldn’t swell so much in your columella. Its too low for your new nose, it suited your old nose best, and that’s okay. The nasal alar fat is too slim for your main cartilage. I do think your new nose looks lots better though.

You wouldn’t swell so much in your columella. Its too low for your new nose, it suited your old nose best, and that’s okay. The nasal alar fat is too slim for your main cartilage. I do think your new nose looks lots better though.

ur right my columella isnt as swollen as my tip but u have to remember my tip will drop and itll still look better
